Please note that due to the nature of the product, all sales of bulk materials such as loose mulch, soil, and gravel are final once delivered or loaded.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days. Proof of purchase is required for all transactions.

Reach out to our customer service team or visit your local Ohio Mulch retail center to initiate the return and receive a return authorization.
Return to Store
Bring your eligible bagged products back to any of our physical locations. For heavy palletized items, please coordinate with our dispatch team for potential pickup options.
Receive Refund
Once the items are inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
